I’m a 24 year old beatmaker based in Germany.
I have years of experience in producing HipHop especially Trap Beats
But where do I come from?
If you look at it closely, I already had my first MIDI keyboard when I was 5 years old.
It was quite small, colorful and it could play a few songs. But the coolest thing: you could select many sounds and play diffrent notes with the keys. Even drums were playable. I was absolutely fascinated.
Also, my dad played guitar. I loved listening to him jaming and always wanted to play like him. That’s why I wished me a guitar for my birthday. Unfortunately, I never followed through with learning the guitar. I regret that to this day…
When I was 14 I downloaded a music program for the first time. (Magix Music Maker)
I put together a few melody loops with drum loops and felt like a professional. 😀
Then came a phase in my puberty in which I had, how to say it, somewhat different things in my head…
And so we come to the happiest day of my life. A friend gave me a ( non 😉 )-cracked version of FLStudio on a USB Stick. I immediately fell in love.
In the beginning it was techno and drum&bass but for the last 3 years I’ve been making hip hop beats only. EVERY DAY.
I didn’t dare to show my beats to the public for a long time but everyone around me said I was damn talented. That really pushed me and I kept going on and realized that I wanted to take this quite seriously. Not just as a hobby. No, I want music to be my life purpose and make a living out of it. And yeah, here I am, on my way to fulfilling my dream.
